Rock Realty is a licensed Hawaiʻi real estate brokerage offering a flat 1% listing service. Parts of the service are AI-assisted. Parts of this service are AI-assisted, including our phone line, text line, and listing tools. A licensed broker reviews every listing and handles pricing strategy, offers, and negotiation. You can reach a human at any time.

SMS & AI-call communications

When you provide your phone number — through our website forms, by calling or texting us, or through our website chat — you consent to receive recurring text messages and phone calls from Rock Realty and Nalu related to your inquiry. Calls and texts may be automated or AI-generated and may be recorded for quality and scheduling.

• What we send: tour confirmations and reminders, post-tour follow-ups, responses to your questions, and updates about your listing or account.
• Frequency: varies based on your activity and requests.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to stop texts at any time; reply HELP for help. To stop AI phone calls, tell us on any call or text, or set your preference in your dashboard. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
