Rock Realty, LLC (“Rock Realty,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our AI assistant “Nalu,” and our phone and text lines.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, phone number, email, the property you’re buying or selling, and anything you tell us through our forms, phone line, text line, or website chat.
• Communications— the content of your calls, texts, and chats with us (calls may be recorded; see “AI assistance & recording” below).
• Usage information — basic technical data your browser sends, and local storage we use to keep your chat session on your device.

How we use your information

• To respond to you, schedule and confirm tours, and provide our brokerage services.
• To send transactional and conversational updates about your inquiry, tour, listing, or account.
• To improve our service and keep records as the law requires.

We use your information to serve you — not to profile you for outside advertisers.

AI assistance & recording

Parts of this service are AI-assisted, including our phone line, text line, and listing tools. A licensed broker reviews every listing and handles pricing strategy, offers, and negotiation. You can reach a human at any time.

Calls and texts may be recorded and AI-assisted for quality and scheduling. A licensed broker reviews the work and is available to you at any time.

Text messages & calls

When you give us your number, you consent to receive texts and calls from Rock Realty and Nalu about your request, tours, listing, and account — see our Terms for the full program details, opt-out, and HELP instructions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and out of AI calls by telling us or setting your preference in your dashboard.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service, and only so they can perform that work for us — never for their own marketing. These include Twilio (phone/text), Retell (AI voice), Anthropic (AI), Supabase and Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). Listing information you ask us to publish is shared with the Multiple Listing Service and real-estate portals as part of marketing your home.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to stop texts; reply HELP for help.
• Opt out of AI calls by telling us, or in your seller dashboard settings.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information using the contact details below.

Children

Our service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
